How do I maintain my eyelash extensions?
Do not pull your eyelashes. You must cleanse them. Get them filled every 2 to 3 weeks.
How do I clean my eyelash extensions?
Get our trusted Optimologist tested eyelash cleanser. Put two pumps into each eye, twice a day (morning and night before bed.)
Do I use mascara with extensions?
You can only use a lash-extension mascara. We suggest “NovaLash.”
How do I know if I’m having an allergic reaction?
If your eyes are red, itchy, swollen or you notice pus; chances are you have an eye infection. If this is the case, get the extensions removed, immediately.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE LASHES ON YOUR OWN!

Are there any cases in which I should NOT get lash extensions?
Yes! If you are undergoing chemotherapy, you should not get lash extensions.
If you have allergies that cause excessive eye irritation, you should not get lash extensions.
